amazing helpnice touch

ahmed was amazing! he helped me a lot and it was a nice surprise to be greeted so well. i also appreciated the toiletries and refreshments provided, things like water and biscuits were a nice touch.

I found the room very clean and quite comfortable. The shower had great power and the towels were wonderfully soft. I liked having tea, coffee, and biscuits available in the room. complimentary water! I even made use of the toiletries provided.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but still perfectly functional.

the room was comfortable and clean. it was very close to the 02 which i was attending with friends , only a 10 mins walk away.

the outside appearance did not match the pictures. there was no clear hotel sign making it hard to locate. also, i had to call to get the check-in passcode , requiring me to send a picture of my id.
